Though James Wilkerson has had significant experience in other areas of law, medical malpractice is where he thrives.

However, Mr. Wilkerson enjoys the intellectual rigor of extensively researching medical malpractice cases to determine the best strategies for his clients, and works closely with his clients to ensure they are well-informed of the status of their claims and receive zealous advocacy tailored to their needs.

James Wilkerson’s legal career began with personal injury law, but he initially defended insurance companies. However, he realized that he wanted to use his license to help people who were suffering, rather than protecting companies, so he switched sides in 1991. This unique experience with defense work equipped him with a stronger understanding of how to most effectively advocate for clients.

Since then, Mr. Wilkerson has handled countless personal injury cases, spanning from minor fender benders to multimillion-dollar claims. However, no matter the size of the claim, Mr. Wilkerson approaches each case with the same respect and dedication, ensuring all of his clients receive diligent representation.
